The company is owned by Sheikh Tarek Mohammad BinLaden and his son. The company's chairman, Sheikh Tarek Mohammad BinLaden was born in 1947 in the well known and one of the most respected business families of the Middle East. Being one of the eldest sons of his father, the late Sh. Muhammad Awad BinLaden, the founder of the BinLaden Business Empire, he ventured into the family business since 1966 at the age of 19 years, and since then he has been actively involved in the dynamic growth of the group's multifaceted activities which have helped to define the skyline of the Middle East for decades.
Sheikh Tarek possesses more than 38 years of hands on business exposure in the Development, Construction and Management of various Real Estate and Infrastructure projects which include Residential Buildings, Hospitals and Shopping Complexes as well as master development projects.

OUR MISSION & VISION
MED is a multi-faceted organization involved in Real Estate Development, project management and investment. This encompasses development of land for residential, commercial, and industrial purposes as well as contracting, project finance and mergers and acquisitions. MED's objective is to deliver excellence to retail customers, institutional clients and investors.
As of today the company has already established relations with over 500 Customers and sold out properties in excess of AED 600 million. Many customers have also entered into multiple deals with various projects thereby confirming their Trust and Confidence in the Company.
